i had been coughing+running nose+sore throat n etc since 25 June
reason?
on the morning of 24 June
i was cleaning my laptop in car
where the dust surrounded me for hours
kns
all the 'dust allergic' symptoms occurred within 24 hours
n mayb + cold???
made me feel more ill nia
but i still get to eat at sophia :$

wanted to go have pies at Pie in the Sky since last year

the pies...hmm...they were special but not very impressive
i took only 2 pics using mobile phone cam -.-
so the pics look not so good...but will upload when im not so lazy

was quite stressful n wanted to stay away from my works

went to play squash tat night n had steamboat with housemates
i seriously wan to learn squash okkkkkkk
n need to go running sometimes for healthier body

i skipped whole day from lab on the following Wednesday
went to Fish Leong's 1st small concert in Melb in Crown Complex
didn't take pics but will get some from others
or can see some pics in jungche's blog... :x
was quite happy hanging out with a bunch of frens
but the very good mood was ruined by the new restaurant next to 'rose garden' at elizabeth st
the drinks arrived few mins just b4 we head to crown
i was so cold n thirsty -.-
the concert...some fans were really funny
there was a guy frm Adelaide who insisted to duet with fish...
i think she was scared by him...lol

last friday was a shopping day
went to see dentist in the morning n met shin chan after tat

it tastes really good...just like the hawker style hainanese chicken rice back in my hometown
well certainly the price is much more expensive here...
it costs $9...n it was quite a small serve compared to other restaurants
but its just nice to me :)
bought a knit wear, slippers, a jacket n spongebob sleepwear
hmm, i jz bought another pair of sleepwear a week ago... :S
they are very cute la...
had roast duck rice at the new Pacific BBQ Cafe at 213 Lonsdale Street for dinner
i love Pacific BBQ House in Richmond...n this new cafe is the extend of the old house...
the meal not as good as expected la!!! shin chan's charsiew rice was better :S
didn't have any pics because my cam was hibernating
haha

last saturday we went to Puffing Billy for the steam train
we arrived at belgrave 15 mins just b4 the train departed
luckily managed to buy tickets n got onto one crowded coach
it was very cold...but sinchan was there la...
we stopped at lakeside for an hour n had snacks n coffee there
very nice view
n a new experience
good tat i still get to see the oldest steam train here
lol
i managed to stabilise the batteries in my old cam n it did work
so i guess i will capture more pics n keep in this blog as much as i can
n owing elle a pic of my closet...promise i will take asap after i tidy up all my stuff
quite a mess lately...haha
n hopefully can show other pics of my current accommodation
it's really a lovely place to stay

woh i've written so much here
but not finished yet..wan to grumble more
i failed to show the expected results in TRAP
n yet keep repeating bullshits
i'm running out of samples now n i have to redo the whole cytokine treatment!!!
luckily Craig's kind enuff to help me to say something in the lab meeting just now
i don't want to handle so many samples at once n i dun wanna duplicate the treatment
it's tiring!!! i dun mind spending one whole day to run the pcr n gel
just wan to get a proper treatment done...
n while doing this i'm doing RT-PCR as well...
i've been dragging it for 2 weeks...i have the cDNA n all i hav to do now is to run PCR
n then gel to see the results but everyone's so busy n hv no time to guide me T-T
but i'll do it tmr morning, hopefully
n the western blot...wan to do more antibodies but i was told not to start it until i get TRAP done
geez...n the thymidine works?!
n now i hav 4 more new blood cancer cell lines to handle
arghhhh............................kill me >.<
