I think you can go into your blog, then your post, then the comments. You will see a list and a trash can icon to the right of each comment, trash any that you don't want.

The problem is with Blogger. Blogger does not provide anti-spam services so you will get spammed. The only way to solve this is to either use a better provider, or manage your own blog system.
