history within this week

the title shows that i'm really free lo
just want to record things i've done so that i know how did i spend this holiday

Sunday-
Sunday, as usual, had Sunday service at 4.30pm in church...
woke up late in the morning, planned to go gym after lunch
but due to laziness, plan didn't work as expected
hahaha
after church service we went straight to have a big Sibu dinner
a day b4 that we had fried kong piah+mince meat and kampua
i prefer kong piah... as the kampua seems normal to me, as in not unique lah
ok, back to the Sibu dinner, thank you aunties and uncle
thru the whole night i had 6x 五味汤, love it seriously
it was a combination of 冬瓜糖，葡萄干，胖大海，jelly, 红枣 and 薏米
the sweetness was just right to me
not too sweet :D
and what else...sibu laksa...
it tastes exactly the same as curry mee in penang...
ingredients were almost the same too, not impressive
but enough to make me homesick =.=
then had something like 糖醋猪脚 and 五香肉
that 猪脚 was really good ok!
everyone was just standing around the dish to reach it!
i took most of the mushi :x
love the feeling when the sauce being squeezed out when i chew it
hwahahahaha
layered 菜燕 was nice too, haven't had that since long time ago
miss mommy's!! she used to make 菜燕 quite often
they taste so good during hot days if stored in fridge
usually leads to cooling outcome!
now only i recall i ate only a bit vege that night... only few pcs of asparagus =.=
how come?
then the rest... inari and sushi... with 肉松 summore =.="
overall, thanks a lot!

Monday-
went to sing K at 3pm, nothing so special?
had 扬州炒饭 b4 getting there
forgot where i had liao... but its a 香港茶餐厅 in boxhill...
btw 泡泡杯 and 爱丽丝cakeshop eh? i think :s
disappointing laaaaa -.-
diane recommended the Mango Swiss Roll from Alice
will go for a try soon :s

Tuesday-
baby dated me!!! to go shopping in city
loll
wanted to go on the previous Saturday but it was a heavy rainy day
actually planned to depart at 10.30am
but i woke up at 10am?
then he requested some breakfast
i tried to make some 蛋饼 but failed seriously
inserted some 肉松 in between
didn't dare to take any pics of them
and the last few spoons of 蛋糊 i simply mix all things n modified in my own way
came out to be like... wrap? tortilla? those kind of wraps la
spread some peanut butter on them n i think they taste better than the 失败蛋饼 T_T
ok, back to the story...
so tuesday was a perfect day for us!
it was a sunny+warm day, with slightly cool breeze occasionally
at the beginning, he planned to drive to box hill centro and take a train to city
but then he got into freeway?! and went to Newmarket n parked his car there =.=
we were wondering why he did that halfway in freeway :s
so from Newmarket we took train to Southern Cross Station
obviously our 1st stop was DFO (we went to Moorabin's DFO on last Friday actually, and walked until shops closed!)
then had lunch+dinner in 永隆
the charsiew tasted geli -.-
got pork smell
after lunch we continued in Bourke St
there was a fat lady belly dancing there
with 丝巾 summore!!!
my gosh. i'm sure her belly is 3x bigger than mine, or more. geezzzz
anyone interested can still go visit her
i think she's still there
should have captured her attractive moves la!!! so regret now!!!
we went back around traffic jam hours =.=
went to gym after that
and that's my dating day :$

Wednesday-
i think i've blogged about this liao?
*so tired of recalling back la :s
baby said i need a haircut liao
or else i will look like a tarzan liao
so decided to trim my hair next day

Thursday-
yesterday... baby requested some pancakes for brunch
made quite a lot and 可乐 had few pcs also
he liked it!
i didn't take the pics again because they look... not nice
the shape dunno like what
all so random
wanted to go for a haircut then gym at noon
but drag drag drag
went to Beauty Bank around 4pm...
n spent half an hour just to sit there and wait?
the hairdresser told me to wait for 10 mins only ok!!!
so currently, my hairstyle more layered? still look the same
the only difference is the thickness of my hair only lo
thought wanted to go gym after that
but traffic jam? baby said want go home rest a while then can go buffet later
i said we better go buy rice... no more rice at home liaooo
but it was raining n he refused
when reached home, no empty space for him to park his car
+ raining heavily?
so turned back into centro n bought some groceries! muahahaha
at 惠康 meat store, i bought 0.5kg of pork mince
i asked the girl to separate them into 4 bags :$
then she: you kidding?! 0.5 kg into 4 portions?!
me: why not? i don't cook that much at once
she: that's too little! no way!!!
me: why not! i dun wan eat that much at once ok!!!
she: ....... i give u extra bags la... u go back pack urself!!!

0.5 kg i can eat so long liao hor!!!
and finally i bought 5 bananas!
wanted to buy 2 weeks ago but they all look not so friendly to me
hahahaha
so had one this morning as breakfast :) with coffee!!!
went to the jap buffet last night
dunno why couldnt eat as much as last times liao
then the last pcs of tuna i had!!! GOSH
it smells ok!!!!
and i had to wash away the smell by eating raw carrots -_-
anyway, the GreenTea ice cream, still my fav afterall :D

oh ya, got my results last night too... 72 for this year... so it's... second upper class hons :D
finally im grad!!! i'm done with my undergrad studies!!!
and for IELTS... i got 7.0.... but i have a question...
for PR application, it says need to be 7.0 on each component to get 25 points?!
i have one 6.5 :s and the 7.5 averaged it to 7.0... so how???

ok i'm tired of refreshing my mind continuosly since 1.5 hours ago and its 12.15pm now liaooo
take a rest n will need to go prepare lunch liao

busy day? :s

i woke up around 8am this morning and couldnt continue sleeping
tried hard to sleep but failed
so went down to practice making scones...
and during waiting i went to make some scrambled eggs,
so that i can finish the left cream from making cake last few days
BUT!!!
someone: eee, what's this!
he: bu hao chi...
i reckon its nice but he wasn't used to the taste -_-
well, i will never make it again -_-

and the scones!!!
they look like big cookies
altho they taste exactly the same as scones,
the texture was a bit softer.
i might try other recipes and i will not give up!

since i want to make aunty her fav fruit scones
i'm not far from success! hwahahaha

i thought i would spend my day today at home and gym only
but just now after lunch time we went to hospital to submit luzi's surgery form
then went to resend my police check to AFP
the rate increased from $32.75 to $ 43.00...
i had to buy extra money order $10.25 to cover the insufficient amount -.-
then planned to go gym
end up went to walk 30 mins in westfield doncaster
the shopping centre... my 1st time there...a bit too big and easy to get lost i think
we walked so long to look for the auto pay station
n i wonder if they can have more of it at every entrance

n now i'm home, finished dinner

feel that my whole stomach is full of shit now

simply sit there n kepo while having coffee
somehow one day both GJ n TAB were so full
so we went to Airstream
was a bit hungry that night
so i ordered smoked salmon salad to share with baby, as supper @.@"
i like the taste altho it's not so great
now feel so much want to have an avocado! geez

this year i had two birthday celebrations
1st was yum-cha with cell group members
too bad i didn't ask any pics from them
should have done this earlier...but hope i'm not too late...
can ask from them asap and see if i manage to get any uploaded here soon
and on my birthday, i purposely stayed away from lab
so basically i had a total free day :D
baby made me this birthday cake, very impressive
as i never decorated cakes b4

besides birthday cake, i requested a homemade dinner too
and this steam fish...took us almost an hour to finish it i think
keep taking in and out from the steaming pot

due to the packed schedule
and b4 that always wanted to go but did'nt have a proper plan
so my wish dragged until this year
and thank to luzi again
for wasting his precious time with me on this

it was freaking cold
luckily i had my mom's handmade scarf... (O^~^O)

what i've been doing lately...
my baby came back on 6 Nov...and...
ok. since my last IELTS test on 8 Nov...
i've been learning to play mahjong and poker and gamessssssssssss
with ah kong's family members n etc
n i managed to win few rounds without using tricks lo
never thought i could play all these
hahaha

wat else i've done...
go gym sometimes
had steamboat buffet once
cooked occasionally...oh yea... i tried to cook hainanese chicken
and it tasted...not exactly same as those sold out there
but i personally think it's good lo
hahahahaha
luzi would agree with me too
lol

i'm not very hardworking in looking for jobs lo :(
really need to start finding one soon
can't slack my time like this...
altho i enjoy very much :(
